Even More is an electro‑pop duo founded in 2008. The project first drew attention in 2009 with its cover of “I Miss You” from the Celluloid catalog, selected for the Auto Reverse compilation by the French label Boredom and praised for its sensitive, synth‑driven approach.
In April 2012, Even More released its debut album, A Life Of Surprise, an 11‑track record blending intimate stories, pop energy, and electronic elegance.
The following year, the track “Always” caught the attention of the Alfa Matrix label and was featured on the Absolute Grrls Manifesto compilation.
The duo went on to multiply live performances, notably at Blogg Café in Lyon and Villeurbanne, and received airplay on the Warum Synth Show.
In parallel, Even More produced several remixes for various artists, including Ayria’s “Missed The Mark,” included in the limited edition of Plastic Makes Perfect.
In 2015, the track “Puppets Blues” appeared on Sideline Magazine’s Face the Beat 2 compilation, followed in 2016 by the single Midnight Sun.
The Red EP was released in 2018, while the previously unreleased song “Dead Flowers” joined Face the Beat 5.
In 2020, the single Light announced the album Warp, released in May of the same year. The album includes Red, Light, and the duo’s first French‑language track, “Plaire.” A limited edition of Light features a remix by People Theatre.
Several tracks from Warp — “Light,” “Plaire,” “Dusty Home,” and “Mockingbird” — appear in The Electropop series volumes 19, 20, and 21.
The duo continued its evolution with After All in 2023, a darker album tinged with industrial influences, marking a first transition toward a rawer, more introspective universe.
